Privacy Policy

• Your account email address and display name.
• Trusted contacts — names, phone numbers and email addresses you add. Encrypted at rest.
• Itinerary details — trips, stays, plans and notes. Encrypted at rest.
• Check-in timestamps, statuses and the notes you attach to them.
• Emergency card details you choose to enter (blood type, allergies, insurance).
• Subscription status and billing identifiers from our payment processor.

We do not store your location unless you actively trigger an SOS. There is no background tracking, no location history and no passive collection. When you trigger an SOS, your current GPS position is captured and sent to your trusted contacts so they can reach you. That single position is retained for no more than 30 days and then deleted.

We use a small number of processors, and we never sell your data:

• Supabase — hosting, authentication and database storage.
• Paddle — payment processing and merchant of record for subscriptions.
• Resend — transactional and authentication emails.
• Google AdMob — ad serving for free-tier users only, under Google's standard AdMob data disclosure. Premium subscribers see no ads and no ad SDK requests are made for them.

Your trusted contacts see what you share with them: your status, itinerary and emergency card via your private share link. No advertising partners outside AdMob. No data selling.

You can export, correct or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account from the Account screen permanently removes your profile, contacts, trips, itineraries, check-ins and SOS history. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

VentureSafe is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
