Refund Policy

Every VentureSafe Plus subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.

If you're charged and change your mind, we offer pro-rated refunds within 14 days of the billing date. Just email us with the address on your account and we'll process it.

You can cancel any time from the Paddle customer portal — the link is in every receipt Paddle sends you. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Plus features until the end of the period you've paid for.

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store are refunded by Apple, through your Apple purchase history.

Deleting your VentureSafe account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel in the Paddle portal first, or contact us and we'll take care of it.
