Delivery of check-in alerts and SOS notifications depends on network connectivity, device settings and third-party services outside our control.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a VentureSafe account.

• VentureSafe Plus costs $19.99 per year and starts with a 7-day free trial.
• Your subscription renews automatically at $19.99/year at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• If you cancel during the free trial you are not charged.
• You can cancel at any time from the Paddle customer portal link in your receipt, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Paddle acts as merchant of record for all web purchases.
• Purchases made through the iOS App Store are billed by Apple and managed in your Apple subscription settings.

The free tier is supported by advertising served by Google AdMob. Ads are never shown on SOS or emergency screens, and never during an in-progress check-in. Premium subscribers see no ads.

Don't use VentureSafe to harass, stalk or monitor another person without their knowledge and consent, and don't upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VentureSafe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Pinellas County, Florida.
